Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Production and Shipping
We partner with a third-party production and shipping company to fulfill orders for our products. This means that once your order is processed, it will be sent to our production partner for printing, packaging, and shipping. Please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered to you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship to any country other than the USA
5. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we place bulk orders every Wednesday at 8 am CST. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and sent to our production partner, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
