WHO ARE WE?

We are your neighbors, your community leaders, your sisters & your brothers. We grew up loving pop culture, beef jerky & the occasional debate on whether or not wrestling was real (it is). Once we moved to this sprawling metropolis and found out that Randy once graced the streets of Downers Grove, we knew something had to be done.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

We are concerned citizens who have a vested interest in increasing our property value and putting our stamp on this great town. Or both. Rather than having a midlife crisis, we'd prefer to put all of our efforts into honoring Macho Man in our town.

WHY BUY THESE GLORIOUS SHIRTS?

• They are electric.
• Every shirt is softer than a paczki from Busy Bee Bakery (Rest in Power, Chuck).
• All proceeds go towards building this monument.
  

WHERE WILL THESE PROCEEDS GO?

The committee believes we will need considerable resources to building this beauty. Finding a site, commissioning a sculptor, and lobbying (not bribing) elected officials takes money. All proceeds from this merch will go towards everyone of these steps.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T SUCCEED?

We will donate all proceeds to Downers Grove Grade School District 58, where Randy's education began.

IS THIS A CHARITY?

As of December of 2025, we are operating as a for-profit entity and are quickly transitioning to a 501(c)3. The plan is to make that transition and donate all proceeds from the for-profit...from there, fast track fundraising efforts through the non-profit to get Randy properly honored.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE VILLAGE OF DOWNERS GROVE DOESN'T AGREE?

Did Randy back away from any great battles with the Hulk or tough interviews from Mean Gene? No, and neither will we. We plan to write stern letters and organize as many very peaceful rallies until this is approved. Due to the expected overwhelming enthusiasm, and vast resources this committee will amass, we anticipate this being a part of the Downers Grove skyline in the future.

WHAT IF I STUMBLED ONTO THIS SITE, LIVE HERE AND DON'T WANT THIS MONUMENT?

We would recommend you call Two Men and A Truck Moving Company (Downers Grove's own) and move out of the 60515. Thanks in advance. Or, just enjoy progress in this great town and we will stay off your lawn.
