Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Macho Monument! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Based on the fact that we are a small shop filled with Randy-obsessed elves, we don't have a ton of flexibility on refunds and we would encourage you to see the sizing charts to ensure it is the perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with the sizing, you may return the item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order for an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for items that meet the following conditions:
- Exchange Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Exchange Process: Please contact us at machomonument@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item and selecting a replacement.
- Exchange Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
